I have a new pen pal! My monkey just got back from Beijing where he was working with the Paralympics.
While sniffing the Forbidden City- which isn't forbidden by the way- anyways, my monkey was sniffing around there when he met a young lady from Chengdu in south western China named Ting who was a volunteer at the same venue his goalball teams were competing at!
Even funnier was that the day before, they had both visited the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs on separate tours without even knowing it! Small world!
Turns out she has a dog who is an ideal pen-pal for me! So meet my newest buddy, Liangliang.
