hi

jj is sleeping. he was running a lot today. we ran in the forest and listened to a bike race with aunty martina and aunty rachel in it. i'm not sure what a bike race is but jj says its exciting to watch.

the best part of the day was going to the big beach jj calls spanish banks. something about a tide being out was good or something. i got to run and run and run, then my rubber chicken was there! somehow jj kept stealing it from me and running off quietly. no fair

jj was fishing too. he trots through the shallow water looking for fish and other critters and then pounces on them. he says its great fun, but these critters don't smell so i can't find them. playing with the chicken is fun tho'

there were lots of birds there.

i got lost once and couldn't hear jj's monkey calling me. i was so happy to be found. jj said he was standing right behind me the whole time with his monkey but the waves were too noisy and i was focused on some birds
