my pack rocks!

Yeah, well its all about me and my pack is the fastest! ~: ~: ~:

This past weekend my triathlon pack (who I run with early in the morning and whose swim sessions I supervise), rocked the triathlon world.

First up, my Aunty Martina swam, biked and ran to a Bronze medal in the womens 25-29 category and what looks like a top 10 overall! ~: ~: ~:

And here she is just seconds away from winning her Bronze medal! She is super fast! I taught her how to run fast by chasing her on the track, jumping and barking. What can I say?

I am so, so, so ~: ~: ~: proud of her :P :P :P

I'll let her scratch me as I sit on her lap as a reward and more :P :P :P too!

AND my Aunty Stephanie was super fast in the 40-44 category going out fast and staying faster than everyone else right to the end. No pics of her, but I train her as well. I also taught her how to run fast... by chasing her around the track, jumping and barking.

Its what I do!

My uncle Rob was super quick too, but as #4 in the pack order he's still a puppy. But he's a confident one- check out this pic of his race start.
